What is Integrated DISC?

Over the past five years, Crystal, the app that tells you anyone’s personality, has brought to market technologies built for sales, teams, and hiring built on the foundation of our personality AI. Today we’re excited to introduce a new concept, which we call Integrated DISC, built upon our learnings from the last five years and a system to help companies leverage personality insights and the DISC framework in every way that they work.

Using the DISC framework, our personality AI predicts behavioral patterns and personality traits. As one of the most trusted and researched professional frameworks, DISC categorizes people based on four characteristics--D (dominance), I (influence), S (steadiness), and C (conscientiousness). Through these categorizations, users receive valuable and actionable insights for various communication and business scenarios.
