Here’s how the writing assistant works:
1. With your email platform up (or through the dashboard), enter the name of the recipient on the sidebar of your Chrome extension. If you know their DISC type, you can manually input it using the DISC wheel.
2. Read the direction, and start writing your email. Each personality type comes with a direction in the lower-right hand corner of your email platform or dashboard, helping you get into the mindset of how to write an email. What you miss, Crystal will catch, highlighting the words and phrases that can be optimized towards your buyer’s DISC type. Crystal Writing Assistant will be your virtual sales coach, helping you pick the correct the nuances of speech and personalize your pitch towards your reader’s personality.
