About George Donovan

With a passion for sales enablement and a deep appreciation for tools and systems that empower people, George has consistently achieved exceptional results throughout his career. His proven leadership in implementing and enhancing Go-To-Market processes has made him a recognized figure in the industry.
Before joining Crystal, George served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Allego, where he was instrumental in achieving the company's customer acquisition and sales goals. Prior to that, he held the role of Chief Sales Officer at Compete, overseeing its rapid growth from $30 million to $110 million. George's extensive experience also includes being the principal owner of a Sandler Training franchise in Marlborough, MA.
George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Anselm College, which has provided him with valuable insights into human behavior and effective communication. His combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and passion for human-driven sales make him the perfect fit for Crystal's mission.
